Profilon Ultra Secrity Laminate
Profilon® is a security laminate composed of multiple layers of thick polyester films laminated in a proprietary process called “cold lamination” to form an optically precise, clear product based on the same principle as plywood. Proprietary adhesives are used to bond Profilon® layers which are approximately three or four times the thickness of conventional safety films. This helps to bond Profilon® to the glass itself and helps to create the effect of a shock absorber when the glass is impacted. In addition, this thick adhesive more aggressively holds the shards of glass together when broken maintaining the integrity of the glazed surface under intense pressure such as blast waves.
Profilon® is the only UL-972 approved security laminate in the USA and Canada. It has surpassed even the most arduous requirements from testing worldwide and is patronized by the top 100 companies in the world, and helps in securing building glass-doors, windows, and car windows worldwide.

DC 575 – Highly Effective Security Glass in Retrofit
This is a heavy duty security film with impact resistant properties that offers explosion resistant attributes and is flame retardant. A window pane retrofitted with PROFILON® DC 575 resists three times an impact of a steal ball with 4.11 kilos from a height of 6 meters. This has never been achieved by a film. Other films just sustained a height of 3 meters, so PROFILON® DC 575 is twice as resistant as all other known security films.
This is a highly flexible, 4-ply security film with impact and explosion resistant properties designed to absorb the maximum area pressure as built up by a shock wave. PROFILON® ER1 is hardly flammable in conformity with DIN 4102-1 class B1. DC 375 – Security Laminate
This is a triple layer ultra-Smash & Grab blast and small arms bullet resistant laminate when applied to 6mm or thicker glass. It provides extremely good protection, and affords a bullet resistant product.
DC 250 – Security Laminate
This is a multi-layer Smash & Grab laminate, providing you with adequate protection. It will withstand multiple blows to a window, and is used for bomb blast resistance, retail smash and grab, shatter resistance and automobile side windows.
DC 130 – Safety Laminate
This is a single layer, Smash & Grab laminate used for converting plate glass to safety glass and for side windows. It offers a shatter proof protection against break entry, smash and grab, sudden impact and retains glass fragments in the cases of explosion.
